Emotional Vibrations

Change is hard and uncomfortable, at least it is for me. It takes a lot of energy for the brain to learn new things, and since it uses 25% of the energy of the day new things I’m sure require more energy. But I love progress which is the positive side to change. I moved to this Spiritual University, and I will tell you, it’s been so wonderful, and it’s already in the month I’ve been here taught me so much. I’ve had to open up much faster than I’m used to, I’ve had to get uncomfortable with feelings of being lost, and confronting my emotional paradigm or patterns. I realized that I had a habit of waking up in a bad mood (thanks Mel Robbins), I realized I had a habit of starting my day in a bad mood, but could “prime” myself for a better day anyways (thanks Tony Robbins). But now I’m listening to Abraham-Hick’s “Ask and it Shall be Given” and she talks about being in the state now.

For example, if you want to fall in love, why not feel like you are in love, but feeling in love with yourself. Not a conceded love, but a heart-felt, I appreciate you for being an awesome human with a soul love. And I found this book written by Louise Hay “You Can Heal Your Life”, which I found that book from “You are a Badass at Making Money”, and the more I read, the more it’s all starting to come together. You must be happy now, first, and then all the things you want will come into your life. The scientific side to that, in quantum physics, if you vibrate on a certain frequency, then you are attracted to more of that energy. For example, if you are reading about abundance, studying how to become abundant, taking action which opens doors for your to become abundant, more doors will start to open for you.

Yeah, I know, this starts to get real meta-physical-wishy-washy, till the CIA starts to talk about this. The CIA published and released a document called

and what it talks about is that we humans are energy, and with meditation we can do really cool stuff like view other countries and places we’ve never physically been to. That’s right it’s 2022 and you can go online and read about the CIA talking about transcendental meditation, Kundalini (another form of meditation), hypnotic states, and other really taboo topics, it’s quite beautiful. And Sorry Beyonce, but the CIA also talks about the Illuminati (it’s real guys).


But I didn’t come here to talk about conspiracy theories, I came to talk about the fact that how we feel, how we think, and how we behave molds our reality. Everyone’s heard the “Change your mind, change your life”, and it’s true. Like the wise words of Dave Chappelle, “success is simple, simple, but not easy”. And trust me, it’s not. I’ve been going at this for 5 years putting effort into to figuring out my angle. Working towards figuring out what’s my purpose or “Gift”. What’s the gift God gave me to give to the world? I’m still figuring it out, but now I say it like Jen Sincero suggested in her book, “You’re a Badass at Making Money”- what she said was “instead of going around complaining, I don’t know what to do, I say, there are clues all around me”. Years, I’ve been repeating over and over I don’t know what to do, and then I heard a motivational thing and it said “don’t get lost in searching, just try different things, and figure it out”. Even Mark Zuckerberg admitted he didn’t know what he was doing, but he was just building things, trying things out.

Look, I’m a dreamer and a thinker, and now I’m working on being a do’er. I have listened to so many books, and motivational videos, and listened to business podcast, and I practice meditation, and I do all of these things, but now I’m starting to understand, that, that’s all great, but I have to enjoy the journey.


That my life is in the journey, not in the 1 day of glory of reaching a goal. It’s in today, and the quality of my life is rated on my attitude of the day, because my life is in the today. Now is all we have, and see if you can vibrate on a positive emotional level! Smile at a stranger, open the door for someone even if it takes a little longer. Tell the coffee lady to have a wonderful day. Be kind to your drive through lady, compliment her on her hair, be kind to yourself, eat a salad, take a walk outside, and remember, you are the change that you wish to see in the world.
