Here is a Step-By-Step guide to making the best stuffed peppers! No matter what you like, you can hand-tailor this recipe to fit your needs!
Start to finish: 45-50 minutes
One of my favorite recipes is stuffed bell peppers, because you can throw everything you have left in the fridge into your peppers and have a delicious healthy meal! I prefer beans to meat, but I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. I'm just guiding you in your personal journey.
What you’ll need:
*Bell Peppers (remove top and seeds)
*Canned Black Beans (rinse well)
*1/4-1/2 small onion
*2-4 cloves garlic
*Salt & Pepper
First, coat your bell peppers lightly in olive oil, then bake at 375°F for 15 min.
While baking, chop the rest of the ingredients and saute until soft. Drain, then stuff the peppers and continue to bake for another 20 minutes.
